For eight years, I cared for my chronically ill husband, learning the importance of compassion and resilience. In my administrative role at a MD Dialysis Ctr, I voluntarily served dialysis patients and advocated for them, ensuring they received the care they deserved. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, I managed caregivers, honing my skills in providing support and overseeing quality care.

Transitioning into Investment, residential and multi-family real estate, I dedicate myself to placing families and individuals into safe living spaces and their dream homes. These experiences have equipped me to help many clients and women in need.

SistaH of SurvivaL goal is to open Re-entry Resource Facilities and a Mobile Resource Center, providing temporary housing and support for women leaving abusive relationships, struggling with homelessness, or re-entering society. These facilities will offer job training and placement, ultimately creating in-house employment opportunities.

Therefore, to move forward and further, I have been given the opportunity to help finance the mission by reaching out to funders and organizations that will assist in supporting and building “up” the lives of SOS women, ultimately  changing one soul at a time.

Throughout my life, I have endured many hardships that I have overcome and continue to conquer daily. In my teenage years, as a trained dancer, I found dancing to be an outlet but it has only been recently that dancing for GOD has changed my outlook on life. It keeps me going and is a constant reminder that He still sits on the throne. I don't always have the words to say so I use my feet. "To watch me dance, is to hear my heart speak". As a member of the S.O.S Team, I hope to be able to use my God-given talents to encourage, inspire, and be a beacon of light to other women and young girls.

I'm a native of Washington, DC raised in the North East section of North
Michigan Park by my maternal grandparents. At the age of 15 I became a teen mother and adapted to "street life". It was not an easy task but God kept me and I learned that I no longer had to suffer in silence but I had a Father who loved me just the way I am and that I was ENOUGH. During my journey I participated in Dance Ministry, Youth Ministry, Teen Sunday school and Bible Study, Women’s Ministry, Drama Ministry and the Praise Team. I later became the Leader
of Christ Centered Young People of the Mt. Airy Baptist Church where I had the honor of mentoring and nurturing our young people in Christ. I am now married with 6 beautiful children and 4 handsome grandsons. I am a walking miracle! I don't look like what I've been through! I am healed! I am
delivered! I am ME! I love ME! God loves ME! I'm not perfect BUT I am HERE to GIVE BACK!!

Starting as a young adult, I recall thinking that I wasn't small enough to model. It wasn't until I had a few friends who encouraged and introduced me to the right circle of people. I couldn't have been more wrong, because not only have I been featured on worldwide runways, I'm also an Ambassador Model and I didn't get here by giving up on myself. As an Advocate of S.O.S., my main goal in this industry is to work with inspiring young black women by letting them know that they may not be a society’s ideal model but they are still beautiful and can accomplish their dreams in this industry.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, my journey began at Clara Barton High School for Health Professions, igniting a lifelong passion for healthcare. Transitioning from executive administration to entrepreneurship, I led a successful web-design and marketing firm for ten years. Craving direct human interaction, I pivoted to nursing, eventually merging this path with my IT skills to become a clinical informaticist.

In this role at a rural healthcare facility, I enhance patient care by training medical professionals and optimizing healthcare systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care. My work reflects a blend of technical savvy and compassionate nursing, emphasizing efficiency and empathy.

Beyond my professional realm, I serve as the Creative Director for the SistaH of SurvivaL program, an initiative close to my heart that empowers women affected by domestic violence and incarceration. In this capacity, I combine my creative acumen to SOS with a deep commitment to social causes, devising innovative strategies to support and uplift these women.
